Hot melt butyl
Foseal Hotmelt butyl sealant is a high-performance butyl rubber-based sealant designed for secondary insulating glass applications. It provides strong adhesion to glass, aluminum, and stainless steel while remaining solvent-free and low-odor. Once cured, it is non-tacky and highly resistant to UV light, temperature extremes, and water immersion.

Application:
Glass must be cleaned thoroughly before applying. The sealant should be heated to ~150°C for proper extrusion. Excess material can be cleaned with solvents like acetone or mineral spirits.

Store in original, unopened packaging at 10-30°C for up to 24 months.
